The exterior offers sea views from the porch and has direct access to the rocky beach, where you can take a refreshing dip. You can prepare a delicious barbecue overlooking the sea or enjoy spectacular sunsets while relaxing on the sun lounger after a full day of sightseeing in the area. Please note that privacy is partial due to the surroundings.

The interior is laid out on a single floor, and the living room welcomes you, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The separate kitchen is fitted with gas hobs and includes all the necessary utensils so you can cook as if you were at home. For sleeping, there are four bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning for the warmest nights. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Located in Marina Manresa, just 5 minutes from the town of Alcudia, where you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., as well as places to visit like its iconic city walls. The Port of Alcudia features a beautiful promenade full of leisure options and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. If you wish to spend a day golfing, you can visit the Alcanada Golf Club, located 15 minutes away by car.
