Welcome to this beautiful house located on the seafront in Cala Mandia, perfect for 6 guests
The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The chlorine pool measures 8x4 metres and has a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 1.70 m, making it perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. On the lawn area, you can sunbathe on the loungers, cool off in the outdoor shower, or enjoy a delicious barbecue with your companions. Please note that the pool is for private use, but direct access to the beach may occasionally be used by a neighbour from time to time.

Inside, the house is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a bright living-dining room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook as if you were at home, and you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the sun on the small terrace. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are located downstairs. There is one bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed each. All rooms have a fan for the warmer nights. For added comfort, there is a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The property has direct access to Cala Mandia beach and is located just 3 km from Porto Cristo, a charming residential area in the east of Mallorca. You will find a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and more. There is also a safari and playgrounds, ideal for children. Don’t miss a visit to the Coves del Drach, featuring a huge underground lake where a live classical music concert is held as you explore its galleries.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
