The outdoor areas of the accommodation are designed to make the most of the open air. The entrance to the property includes a pleasant outdoor space that provides privacy and a Mediterranean atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the area.

The interior combines comfort and functionality across two floors designed for a practical and pleasant holiday. On the ground floor is the living room, equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing moments, along with a separate dining room that allows meals to be enjoyed in a more intimate setting. The gas kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils needed to cook as if at home. On this same floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor: two with double beds and a third with a trundle bed, all bright and designed to ensure restful sleep. This floor also has a second bathroom with a shower. The house includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Artà is a charming town in the northeast of Mallorca, surrounded by hills, almond trees and peaceful fields. Just a few minutes from the house is the historic centre, with cobbled streets and cosy cafés. Very close by is the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador, offering spectacular panoramic views. For nature lovers, the Llevant Natural Park provides hiking and cycling routes. The beaches of Cala Mitjana and Cala Mesquida are about a 15–20 minute drive away. There are also golf courses such as Capdepera Golf and Canyamel Golf in a very pleasant setting. It is an ideal area to combine tranquillity, culture and nature.
